This is a part of Knowledge City (New township just started) in Kerala. In this particular hotel most of the customers would be from middle east, so we had proposed an Arabic mixed theme for the same were we can play around with more golden theme , dark wood with some blue and red colors etc.. added some indoor artificial palm tree which looks like the real one. Pillars are treated with wood and golden metal sheet. Wall treated with Italian marbles and the joints are covered with golden beadings. Along with this we have added some rustic materials too. Suit rooms are full of veneer finish with some premium wallpaper, bathroom walls are treated with imported granites and brass tiles. Waiting lounge and other common areas we got Italian marble flooring and for the rooms we have considered real /solid wooden flooring. There are many luxury suit rooms in this and few restaurants, terrace garden restaurants etc.. Still in design stage, we will be uploading the remaining pics ones the design is complete.
