Here we played with a bit of metal structure to bring the industrial atmosphere. The material is a bit common, like our other projects, such as wood, concrete, etc. The cantilever balcony is the focal point here. Actually, when we proposed this design, our clients were like, “Is it really practical to project so much?” Yes, it is, but we have to consider the structural part accordingly. The other important thing here is that, usually, most of our kitchen comes behind, right? But in this case, the kitchen is at the front side, as you can see a linear window here, because most of the time our ladies are in the kitchen; in this case, it would be easy for them to identify the guests.
