Designing the Connected spaces Foyer, Living, and Dining
In this luxurious 4 BHK apartment at Sobha Royal Pavilion, the connected spaces—foyer, living, and dining areas—are brought together by the solid wood fluted panelling with PU polish, which stretches across the longer wall. The back wall of the TV unit features stunning fluted Italian marble. The fluted designs add a cohesive look to the walls. A monochromatic palette with subtle tones adds charm to the whole space. The living room wall decor with 3 pieces of abstract artwork highlights the fluted panel. The flooring got upgraded into Italian marble . The design of the sofa and furniture are made to align with the theme of the entire area. Minimal designing of the false ceilings maximised the entire space.
Glamming up the bedroom interior
We incorporated the theme of the house into every room and every element to keep the flow and sense of openness. The creamy tone brightens the whole area. From floor tile to wall paint everything is in a similar tone. We integrated the trending textured wall by making the bedroom headboard wall with rock panels. The Premium Tinted glass full-height wardrobes in the walk-in closet area added a touch of luxury to the bedroom design. A small study area and TV unit are also added to it.
Maximising the kitchen interior
This luxurious kitchen design complements the look of the apartment interior. The highlight of the kitchen is the luxurious PU matte cabinets with a sleek border, all built around a premium wooden laminated carcass. The countertop and dado are beautifully done with premium quartz stone. To break up the monotone look of the kitchen interior some stylish black tinted glass shutters are used. We made sure to bring in as much natural light as possible, and the colour tone contributed to making the kitchen look spacious.
